Denne rapport tager afsæt i teori om de muligheder, der ligger i borgerinddragelse med eksemplificering i lokal Agenda 21-arbejdet i Albertslund Kommune. Med udgangspunkt i en hermeneutisk tilgang bygges rapporten derfor på et udvalg af teorier, der skal danne baggrund for dataindsamling gennem interviews samt dokumentanalyse.
I rapporten behandles borgerinddragelse i Albertslund Kommune med henblik på at påvise hvordan der reflekteres over bevægelsen fra det oprindelige agendadokument fra topmødet i Rio de Janeiro til et skærpet miljøfokus i Albertslund Kommune. Herunder perspektiveres til de fordele og muligheder, der ligger i at involvere borgerdeltagelse som en del af et lokalt Agenda 21-arbejde.
Abstract
This report begins with a look in theories that research the advantages that lie in involving local citizens with exemplification in the work/efforts within the local Agenda 21 framework in the commune of Albertslund. With an underlying basis in a hermeneutic approach the report is build on a selection of theories that are to establish a scientific framework for collection of data through interviews and documents analysis.
Involvement of citizens in the commune of Albertslund will be examined in preparation for demonstrate how there is reflected over the movement from the original agenda plan from the summit meeting in Rio de Janeiro to a focus that is tightened up upon a centralization about the local ecology in the commune of Albertslund. This includes a perspective about the advantages and possibilities that lie in involving participation of the local citizens as a part of the work within local Agenda 21 area. |
