|Abstract: ||When people are knowledge sharing in digital networks, their motives are diverse, ever
changing and far from simple utility maximization.
This thesis marks out guidelines for constructing and using digital knowledge networks. This is done
through a theoretical analysis of the diverse motivations and micro processes in knowledge sharing,
networking and open innovation. The result is framed and discussed in a digital context.
The management of knowledge and innovation processes should be of high priority to organizations, if
they wish to remain competitive on the global market.|
